LAZAR Started:1970 Primary affiliations: WAR, Ex Vandals Local origin: Brooklyn LAZAR started his writing career on the streets of Brooklyn in the early 1970s. He wrote along with the legendary Ex Vandals. LAZAR was one of the founding members of the crew W.A.R. (Writers Already Respected), a crew established for the accomplished and revered writers. By the mid 1970s LAZAR retired from writing to pursue educational interests. More on LAZAR in the future.
