THE CRAZY ARTISTS TCA was a crew from The Bronx that was active on the IRT division during the late 1970s. They concentrated their efforts on the number 4 line. They were known mainly for straight letter pieces and tagging on subway car interiors. Throughout the crew's existence they maintained a notable presence on the 4 line.
