SLICK stands for Super Lastic Incredible City Killers.
BILLY 167 (RIP) was the president of SLICK Inc. He hit the 5s and 2s during the mid '70s. In the graffiti community he is considered to be amoung the most inovative style masters in the movement, ranking him among RIFF 170 and PHASE 2. Billy has influenced countless writers. Most notably SEEN UA and REPEL.
