OUT TO BOMB
This Bronx based crew was founded in 1976 by NIC 707 aka BAR. NIC was well respected for lettering ability. From its inception the crew maintained a strong presence on the IRT division particularly on the 4 line. As NIC 707 was becoming less active on the subway, he handed the leadership role to NOC 167. NOC ran the crew for a few years and in turn passed leadership to BAN 2 aka DELI 167. OTB Membership has included NIC 707, NOC 167, FUZZ ONE, BAN 2 and others.
